Retreat with Kayleigh, 350 hr. RYT, to Mizata Beach in Teotepeque, El Salvador. We will be staying at Mizata Antiresort, an oceanfront all inclusive facility nestled between the jungle and an expansive black sand beach. Mizata was designed with love and built with local, natural materials to blend into the raw landscape.

Luxury Accommodations
Nestled in a hardwood rain forest with cascading cliffs, Mizata offers an assortment of lodging options. From cozy, shared suites to luxe oceanfront bungalows and mind-bending tree houses, you will find your perfect space to recharge. Mizata is located in a remote area, but the facilities are secure and safe. Each room is climate controlled with air conditioning and equipped with a lock box for valuables, hair dryer, high speed wifi, and toiletries. There is also daily housekeeping service.
Check-in is at 4 pm daily; Check-out is at 1 pm daily.
Concierge Services
Mizata staff are here to help us. They offer an excellent concierge service ready to address any need both on and off property. Staff will help to make sure you have your airport transportation arranged pre-trip and be available for any questions regarding your stay.

Set twelve feet high, the treehouse will be the dream sanctuary to your experience-packed retreat. Grounding teak wood, infinite day light, five star amenities and stunning jungle views. Each treehouse comes with a luxurious king bed, dreamy rain shower in a private bathroom, lounge area, mini bar, and infinity porch.

Bookings
Be sure to book the retreat through Kayleigh as we have rooms reserved for our dates with a group discounted rate, and all payments must contractually be made via retreat host (Kayleigh). In order to book, please complete the survey linked on this page in the “Reserve My Spot” buttons, and Kayleigh will be in contact with information on room availability, an invoice for your $500 per person non-refundable deposit, and details on remaining payments and due dates.

Daily Yoga + Movement Practices
Classes offered range from Vinyasa, Power, or Yin Yoga to Shake The Dust somatic movement. Breathwork and meditation will be offered daily. All skills and abilities are welcome.

Mayan Blessing
We will have the privilege of participating in a Mayan blessing ceremony featuring sacred cacao. Experience the power of connection, healing, and community as we honor ancient traditions and set intentions together.

Explore Tamanique Waterfalls
An excursion that includes a guided 30-minute hike into the jungle arriving at the cascading waterfalls of Tamanique. There are three main waterfalls that are connected through a series of trails. Swim, boulder, cliff jump or just relax and enjoy the views.

El Tunco Trip
Embark on an evening outing to El Tunco Beach - the most popular tourist destination in El Salvador and a world-famous surf town on the Pacific coast. The town is small, but packed with great cafes, cheap pupusas, and aesthetic beach bars. The sunsets are exceptional, the surf is consistent, and the vibe is fun and laidback.

Nestled amidst the resort’s natural tranquility, the sauna and cold plunge pools offer the opportunity sharpen your mind and revitalize your body, enhancing your holistic wellness journey.

Fresh, Local Cuisine
There are 2 restaurants on site. Included in your stay is breakfast, lunch, and dinner at Nawi Beach House (see more info below). All food is locally sourced and inspired by Salvadoran tradition and roots. All dietary restrictions can be accommodated.

Daily Surfing
The private beach enjoys waves when all other breaks are flat, with 340 days of swell each year. There are 5 surf breaks within walking distance and a beginner surf break just down the beach. If you are looking for the most consistent and uncrowded wave in El Salvador, this is it!

Temezcal Experience
Temazcal Útero is sacred sweat lodge ceremony and profound journey into the heart of ancient Mayan traditions. The temazcal, or “house of heat,” has been practiced for centuries in Mesoamerica. It is a powerful ritual of purification and renewal, guided by a skilled shaman who leads participants through a transformative process designed to rejuvenate the body, foster healing, and reconnect participants with nature, ancient wisdom, and spiritual awakening.

Cancellation policy:
We understand that plans can change. Please read the cancellation policy carefully to ensure clarity on terms.
Cancellation by Participant:
More than 60 days before the retreat: Full refund minus a $500 non-refundable deposit.
Less than 60 days before the retreat: No refund available.
Transfer Policy: If you cannot attend the retreat, you may transfer your spot to another participant, provided you notify us at least 30 days before the retreat start date. A $50 transfer fee will apply.

Totals reflected in the above do not include transaction and processing fees, which will depend on your method of payment. All transactions incur a 2% fee. ACH payments require a 1% processing fee and credit card payments require 2.9% + $0.30 processing fee. These fees will be reflected in the invoices sent to you by Kayleigh upon booking.
